The Hub 2 Plus is designed to protect large and complex properties such as factories, business centres and multi storey homes with adjacent buildings.

The Ajax Hub 2 Plus has all the features of the Hub 2. In addition to this, it can communicate via 4 channels and control up to 200 devices. It can manage 25 security groups, with a total of 200 users. This allows for premises to be divided into sectors and clearly allocate staff access.

The Hub 2 Plus is the most efficient of the Ajax control Hubs. It has a processor that is 4.5 times faster with 8 times more flash memory than the Hub 2.

Features

The Hub 2 Plus is compatible with Ajax MotionCams. The MotionCam is an indoor PIR sensor with a built-in camera that takes a series of photos when the sensor is triggered. These photos are sent to the user to verify if the intrusion is a threat in just 9 seconds. The photos are activated only if the alarm is triggered and never by request.

The Hub 2 Plus can send signals to the user’s App and security companies via 4 independent channels, including LTE. The channels allow you to connect to two separate Internet providers over Ethernet and Wi-Fi, with two sim cards as back up. Switching between channels happens seamlessly and within seconds.

Principle of operation

Hub 2 Plus supports 64 scenarios that help to automate the security of a location. It can automatically arm and disarm the entire security system or certain groups by schedule. Moreover, it can instantly activate a smoke security machine in case of intrusion, cut power supply, turn on emergency lighting in case of fire, or cut water in case of leakage. Using automation devices, Hub 2 Plus can control lights, electric locks, and roller shutters. Scenarios can be activated in response to security mode changes, alarm triggering, or Button commands.
