Chris went more than the extra mile to assist in clarifying all my questions. The service I got from him was excellent, and I strongly recommend Amatron.

  I ordered an Ajax security system online from Amatron - Their prices were the best I could find and the service was great.  I had to return a few items I did not require and Amatron arranged for their courier company to collect and return at no cost and refunded me within 24 hours after having received the items.   Ajax is a wonderful alarm system. It’s easy to install (DIY, really) as there are no wires. It survives load shedding and has no false alarms. Then, Chris gives technically sound AND honest advice. He won’t sell you stuff you might not need.

When detonated in an area, the Duke Storm canister releases an ear punching 130-decibel sonic blast and disperses a non-lethal dry colourless pepper-based powder (5% major capsaicinoids) in a 5m radius, that has a significant hang-time.

The Pepper Storm has been proudly developed in South Africa and features safety designs such as military-grade pressure springs. The Pepper Storm has a detonation time of 4-5 seconds, allowing sufficient time to throw the device into the targeted area, but not enough time for the assailants to escape the pepper cloud.

The Pepper Storm is completely legal in self-defence situations and requires no license. It contains no harmful chemicals, primers or thermal reactions (no fire or explosive hazard). Therefore, they do not fall under the international explosives act.

The core of the system is reusable when used with a refill kit.
