Chris from Amatron was incredibly helpful, promptly responding to all my questions about the system. Their customer service is top-notch. The delivery was impressively fast, arriving the next day after I placed the order. The ease of installation of the Ajax system was a pleasant surprise. I was able to set it up myself and link it to my armed response company without the need for a professional installer, saving me both time and money. The Ajax system has been working flawlessly since installation. I no longer experience false alarms, even when the neighbour's cat jumps over the wall. The system's reliability and performance have given me peace of mind. Overall, my experience with Amatron and the Ajax alarm system has been outstanding. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, fast delivery, and high-quality products.

I had to return a few items I did not require and Amatron arranged for their courier company to collect and return at no cost and refunded me within 24 hours after having received the items. Highly recommended for any one that wants to order security systems online

Imraan HaffegeeApril 21, 2023.Ajax is a wonderful alarm system. It’s easy to install (DIY, really) as there are no wires. It survives load shedding and has no false alarms. Then, Chris gives technically sound AND honest advice. He won’t sell you stuff you might not need.
