Back to productsThe Ajax GlassProtect is a small wireless detector that notifies the Ajax Hub when glass is broken. A microphone in the device registers the sound of glass breaking and/or glass falling.
The GlassProtect detects breakage up to a distance of 9 m and filters events that cause false alarms such as thunder, dogs barking and noise from passing trucks.
The sensor comes with a battery and is therefore ready for installation. Scan the QR code on the back of the device with your smartphone and it connects to the hub.
The GlassProtect operates up to 7 years without battery replacement.
It ignores thunder, dogs barking and noise outside the window.
Detects breakage at a distance of up to 9 m.
