The Ajax DoorProtect Plus sends an alarm to the hub when a window or door is opened. The Plus can even protect windows that have been left slightly open for ventilation. The accelerometer in the device registers changes in vertical slope angle, bangs or vibrations.

The sensor comes with a battery and is therefore ready for installation. Scan the QR code on the back of the device with your smartphone and it connects to the hub.

It registers a change in vertical slope angle, bangs and vibration.

The external contact is available for connecting third-party detectors.

Principle of operation

The DoorProtect Plus detects the door or window being opened by means of British-made hi-end reed switches on which the magnetic field acts. It can operate in the transmitter mode, sending a signal from the wired sensor to the hub.
